My experience was first rate from beginning to end. The ordering process was easy and efficient and all communications were clear and prompt. I was very pleased to be contacted earlier than expected to schedule the delivery. The delivery service arrived at precisely the time promised and and the two gentlemen professionally assembled the table and helped move the packing materials for us. I was a little hesitant about ordering online without seeing quality, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how attractive and well made the American Drew/Cherry Grove dining table was. | I was a little worried about buying furniture online. However, LOVE the furniture. It's even prettier than the picture. There was nothing wrong and the delivery went well. The guys were GREAT! They were personable and cleaned up after themselves. They worked HARD getting one of the pieces in, but they did it. While looking through the online catalog this time, I noticed this link for feedback. Although my first purchase and delivery was a year ago, I thought others might gain from my belated feedback.
I was always skeptical about buying online. My motto is "if it's too good to be true, then stay away" Anyone might think this when making a large purchase like furniture over the web. Well, I can tell you after purchasing a dining room set from FurnitureSavings.com, I am so happy that I'm back for the next purchase. This company is legit; has great customer service, great delivery service and to top it off, I saved $1800 over what it would have cost me from a local store in my state. No risk buying from them.
They are honest and out to please you!
They even went up and beyond. I wanted to purchase an extra 2 seat cushions for the dining room chairs; just in case one every got ruined or badly stained in the future. They went right to work and called the manufacturer and arranged to have an extra 2 cushions (also priced very well) to my order. This was a kind of custom request and they handled it very well.
I can say with confidence that even though you order on the web, this company handles things as if you were right there in the store. The email status updates were fantasitic and you can always speak with them by phone.
I was so happy with the entire transaction that I personally called the owner last year to tell him what a great company this is and how I appreciate the employees who helped me.
So, if you are the type (like me) who is cautious; I can say there is no better company to do business with than FurnitureSavings.com. That's why I'm about to return for a second major purchase.

I absolutely love my new Pulaski Tuscano Villa bedroom set. The picture absolutely does it no justice. Excellent quality, elegant and sophisticated. Driver had called to inform us they would be delayed due to being stuck in a snow storm in upper MI and running a few hours behind. | I have had much better success with ordering on internet than visiting individual stores. Will order again when I need something.
