They were personable and cleaned up after themselves. They worked HARD getting one of the pieces in, but they did it. They arrived as scheduled, were careful with the piece and very nice. The remote was misplaced, but they sent the remote as promised and Furniture Savings was also trying to help me any way they could. A really positive experience overall.
